Accuracy
We check our facts and correct mistakes when we find them. Many of our figures come from public sources and third-party data providers, and we can’t verify every data point ourselves. We make no promise that our content is complete, accurate or current, and information that was right when we published it can go out of date. Forecasts and outlooks
Some stories include forecasts, projections or views on where markets may go. These rest on the information available at the time and carry risks and uncertainties, so what actually happens may be very different. We don’t commit to updating a story when circumstances change.

Unpacked is published by Hectar Global Pte Ltd, a commodity procurement and trading company. Some of the commodities we write about are ones Hectar sources for its clients. Our editorial team decides what to publish independently of Hectar’s commercial work, but conflicts of interest are possible. Our writers and contributors may also hold positions in commodities or related instruments we cover, and we don’t disclose individual positions.

Governing law
